Very professional staff, it was real good stay.

Loved Frederick, the hotel was quiet to the area restaurants. The room was updated and spotless and equipped with the shower and 'continuous fan', as for instance as described. It had a comfortable location - close to Francis Scott Key Mall. The service here was good. They had an easy check-in.

I expected rose petals and champagne for our anniversary but got a musty room instead. The front desk staff treated us like pests, seemingly because we weren't business folks. And don't even get me started on the dried blood i found on the sheets, they claim to have nice fresh linens, yet here we are.

The staff was helpful and sincere.

Room keys were not available. We were given a master key, but unfortunately it would not open our room door. The staff attempted to address the problem but with no success. In short, we had no room key during our stay.

Booked.net misrepresented type of room booked.

Great location near dining and shopping! Friendly morning staff ensured a pleasant breakfast experience, despite some limitations in variety.

Room cleanliness was questionable, with a lingering odor and some aging decor. Housekeeping services were inconsistent .

I liked everything. The facility is clean and very well located. The staff is amicable and courteous.The complimentary breakfast offers a full variety of food for children and adults. Definetely an excellent place for a vacation.

The kids enjoyed the cable programming , which helped keep them entertained. It was convenient to grab a snack from the lobby, and with four teenagers in tow, any extra convenience.

My kids wished for more family-friendly dining options.

Convenient location, full breakfast, no frills, do it yourself sort of spot.

Coffee wasn't so great, but Starbucks is just around the corner. I like to run in the morning and location wasn't ideal for that, but again, it was convenient to getting on the highway!

The elevator was out of order and didn't know how long it was out

The location is fantastic, close to shops and restaurants. The pool area was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly.

Our first visit to the area, for my sons wedding, and this hotel made it very easy for us.

Clean and comfortable room, yet challenging to regulate the temperature effectively.
